Sven Stenvers

Sven has over 20 years’ experience growing start-up businesses and social enterprises across emerging sectors including services, clean energy, technology and telecommunications. In 2015 he founded Impact Seed, Western Australia’s peak capacity builder for social enterprise, social innovation and social finance, with a belief in less extractive financial models as the way forward for economic empowerment and social justice. Sven’s direct organisational development experience includes: – channel/distribution; sales through B2C, B2B and B2B up to $200Mpa; Large-scale whole of govt and aggregated services tenders; merger, acquisition & due diligence process and strategy, operational integration and change management; financial modelling, legal and contract management and compliance. Leadership and direct management of cross-functional teams of up to 120 staff. Sven currently serves as Director / Advisor for a number of not for profit and social enterprises including the peak Impact Investment WA Alliance body.
